Maggie Watts is a content producer for SIM USA, an international Christian nonprofit. She began her journalism career in sophomore year of high school where she took journalism courses, which then led her to join yearbook where she was a co-copy editor and junior photographer. 

In college, Watts majored in journalism at Appalachian State University and was an arts and culture reporter for the school newspaper, The Appalachian. After having four college internships, she was able to begin working after graduating.
